A large master bedroom and a private bathroom are available immediately. The townhome has a deck and a patio, shared main living area, and a bottom floor living area with laundry room. There is street parking available. Rent is $850 plus utilities which are usually less than $100 per month. Well-behaved animals are welcome.

I am an easy-going roommate who loves the outdoors, travelling, hanging out with my friends, doing fun DC-related things. I’m active at NCC Potomac Yard. I enjoy playing softball, going kayaking, running, cooking, chatting, and having friends over. I am looking for an easy-going, flexible, fun, and generally organized roommate.

Room available immediately. I am located off of Van Dorn Street near the 495 exit. The Van Dorn Street metro is about 2 miles away. There is a bus at the end of our neighborhood that will take you to the Metro.

My housing situation in Annapolis is flexible as my roommate is getting married in June so I have until then to find a new place to live. At this point though, the sooner, the better.
