One large room will be available April 1st for one or two females in our shared home near Catholic University in Brookland (NE DC). The room is $800/month, plus utilities. There are lots of windows and three ceiling fans, making it a bright and airy space.

This is a beautiful older home with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, a big kitchen with new appliances, hardwood floors throughout, front porch, huge back yard/deck, and extensive basement storage space. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the Brookland Metro stop on the red line, with easy access to the G8 bus on Monroe St, just a block away from the house. There is a ton of free street parking. CVS, Yes Organic Market, and Catholic University are a few blocks away.

The other housemates are four friendly women in their 20s. We’re looking for a responsible, easy going housemate and would be open to having two friends share the room. (It’s really big!)
