About the apartment:
The apartment is approx. two blocks from the Ballston metro. It’s a corner unit and has two bedrooms/two full bathrooms, an oversize balcony, a spacious kitchen w/ disposal and dishwasher, an eating area, a living room, and an in-unit washer/dryer. I am able to furnish the common areas, so you would only need to provide your bedroom furniture. Underground parking is also available, and the building has a 24hr concierge, pool, gym, and two computer centers with free coffee and printing.
Rent is around $1200 a month plus utilities.
