Two CF’s seeking a housemate, male or female, to share a beautiful, newly renovated Historic Anacostia home.  We are a located on a quiet street, with great neighbors who are committed to the safety of the block.  The house is completely renovated with new carpet in the bedrooms and refinished hardwood floors throughout the rest of the house.  It is a spacious place with two full baths, a finished basement, all new appliances, central air, and it is furnished except for the empty bedroom.
