We are looking for two wonderful woman to fill two room available in September 1 in our four-bedroom brick home (”The Parsonage”). The house has two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, basement (with washer/dryer). Hardwood floors, working fireplace, and a backyard and front yard with lawn and mature shade trees help make this a lovely home, but the best part about it is the community developed among the housemates!

The available two bedrooms are both spacious, upstairs rooms with windows and large closet spaces. There is driveway parking and easy access to major highways in and out of DC.  We are also a 1-mile walk to Clarendon or a quick bus ride to Rosslyn.  Utilities usually run $80-100 per month depending on the season.  One bedroom is $685 and the other is $640.  If there are two of you who want to move in together perfect! We are also more than willing to have two individuals move in.
