10-15 minute walk to both Pentagon City/Crystal City metro.

The house is located on a major, but not overly busy, street in Arlington (22202) close to restaurants. The neighborhood is called the Aurora Highlands created in 1910 (don’t worry our house is not that old) and all of the local urban areas were built around it. In 1896, our neighborhood was touted as being a 12-minute ride by trolley from the U.S. Department of the Treasury Building. :-)

It’s a 10 minute walk to the Aurora Hills library and Pentagon City is 5 minutes from there. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the front door with multiple routes traveling to the Pentagon and Crystal City, as well as Ballston/McLean/Tysons Corner and Hunting Towers

It is a very safe neighborhood.

It is also about a 1.5 minute walk from a hair/nail salon and a green dry cleaners!

Grocery store-wise: There is a Giant .7 miles away, Harris Teeter .8 miles (Pentagon City), CVS .5 miles.

The house is also in the perfect location for shopping (Pentagon City Mall) as well as dining out (Crystal City Restaurants, Crystal City Underground).

One metro stop/$5.5 cab ride to Reagan National Airport.

Only 5 metro stops from Foggy Bottom-GWU & 3 stops to the National Archives.

Note: Utilities not included, they average about $50-80 per month depending on the season.
Rooms are not furnished.

House would welcome a few pieces of additional furniture in the common areas.

The lease is month to month, but I am looking for someone long term.
