I just moved from Chicago and am looking for a temporary stay (few months) possibly longer if it’s a good fit for everyone.

But in the short-time, I need a room. I would prefer to be in a D.C. neighborhood as I love being in the city. Arlington/Alexandria works well too. I need to be close to Reagan Airport as I travel quite often.

- parking required. As long as I can get street parking, that’s perfect.

  I saw your post on theater church.com and i have a place that you might be interested in. I have a 2br townhouse in downtown annapolis, md. you would have your own room, parking, and a shared bathroom. I will be getting married in March of 2011 so i am looking for a temporary roommate as well. I share your feelings towards smoking and don’t allow it at my house. Annapolis may seem to be a little further away than you were looking for but there is a bus that goes into the city each morning and the stop is walking distance to my place. The annapolis mall is a 3 min drive, and route 50 is 1 minute down the road. It really is a great location and i’m asking 550/mo plus utilities.
